Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By making a reservation or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Reservations

• A reservation is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email from us.
• The lead guest must be at least 18 years old and present valid ID at check-in.
• Rates, availability, and policies may change without notice, but confirmed bookings are honored.

3. Check-in and check-out

• Check-in: from 3:00 PM (15:00) local time
• Check-out: by 11:00 AM local time
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request and is subject to availability.

4. Cancellation

Cancellation policies vary by rate plan and are shown before you confirm your booking. Non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled for a refund. For all other rates, cancellation windows apply — see your confirmation email for details.

5. Guest responsibilities

• Treat the property with care. Damages beyond normal wear may be charged.
• Respect neighbours — no loud noise after 22:00.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments. Smoking on designated balconies is allowed.
• Pets are not permitted unless explicitly agreed in writing.
• The number of guests must not exceed the booked occupancy.

6. Liability

We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to guest belongings. Guests are responsible for securing valuables. Use of amenities (WiFi, appliances, etc.) is at the guest's own risk.

7. Force majeure

We are not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, government actions, utility outages, etc.). We will work with you in good faith to reschedule where possible.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kocaeli.
